How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, so you cancel in your store settings. On iPhone: Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android: open Google Play, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Can I sign up or pay on this website?
No. There's no payment page or account sign-up on this site. You download the app, and the subscription is purchased in the app through the App Store or Google Play.
When can I download the app?
Tradeflare is built as native iPhone and Android apps. The Android app is available to early crews now. The iPhone app is available now on the App Store; both download links are in Get the app. Want in early? Claim a Founding Crew spot.
